Experience southern Osaka’s traditional fishing

This is a spot where visitors can experience seine fishing, a traditional fishing method practiced in southern Osaka. In this method, a net is set out at sea, then a drag net attached to both ends of the net is pulled. This way, the fish caught in the net are hauled up to the beach to be collected.
The fish caught are placed in a large tank. Visitors can feel free to interact here with the vast variety of fish from Osaka Bay. You can even have a fisherman cut the fish for you on the spot (for an additional fee) and enjoy some seafood BBQ. It is truly a great spot where you can eat, play, learn and be filled with many memories.
