A relic of nature remains in the corner of the park. Approximately 2 million years ago, sandstone deposited at the bottom of the ocean was uplifted by the movement of the earth’s crust movement and formed into a hill.
In the early Showa era, an amusement park was built around this area, which at its peak was a tourist spot visited by tens of thousands of people daily. Since then, due to World War II and housing developments, the surrounding landscape has changed drastically, but even now a part of it is still carefully preserved.
