The Youth’s Forest (Seishonen-no-mori) was established in 1975 in to nurture the development of healthy youth.
It is a learning facility for children who do not often get close to nature to experience it firsthand through camping.
Learning in the forest
The facilities include, forest study trails for walking through diverse nature, classrooms and an outdoor study area as a base for outdoor activities, and birdwatching facilities.
